It is a pleasure to welcome you to A’soud Global School, Duqm. The only international school in the Al Wusta region and where teaching and learning is aligned to the philosophy and aims of the National Curriculum of England and the Cambridge International Curriculum. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) applies play-based learning strategies to build the skills and confidence that will prepare KG 1 and KG 2 children for the next stage in the school journey. The ethos of our curricula provides the framework within which our teachers deliver learning that will stimulate independent thinking skills in a safe, supportive and secure environment. All our classrooms have interactive, digital whiteboards and our ICT suite is equipped with software and hardware capabilities that enable children to experience 21st century technology and innovations.

Children develop an informed curiosity, a lasting passion for learning and the essential skills they need to be successful beyond their school lives and the challenges they face. The education of children takes place within a modern, spacious building comprising state-of-the-art facilities, including outdoor multi-games courts, swimming and splash pools, an indoor multi-purpose sports hall, a library, ICT rooms, music rooms, art and drama rooms and brand-new, dedicated Chemistry, Physics and Biology laboratories. Our goal is to deliver high quality learning experiences that will equip our children with the necessary values, attitudes and skills they need to become active and effective global citizens, whether at university, in the workplace or elsewhere in their communities.
